In this case, we carry out a thorough cleaning of a newly built home and both the client and us are very satisfied with the result.
Due to weather conditions, this urbanization had the streets full of leaves and pollen from the trees, so we proceeded to sweep all the streets with suitable machinery.
When we talk about pool maintenance we always think that the water and the inside of the pool are in good hygienic and sanitary conditions to take a bath in crystal clear waters and without unpleasant surprises.
But the area around the pool is just as important. We must keep it clean and in good hygienic and sanitary conditions to ensure that users can enjoy it without problems.
Along these lines, we want to show you the cleaning work that was carried out in the area of a community pool with a pressure machine and disinfectant products.

Gardening
On this occasion, this beautiful urbanization needed to improve the condition of its many palm trees. To do this, we proceeded to brush the trunks of the mimas and prune the branches that were left over.
This palm brushing technique is very common and, in addition to being an aesthetic procedure, it also helps to prevent the nests of birds and small animals from being generated and, therefore, to keep the environment cleaner and more hygienic.
In this case we carry out the pruning of cypress trees that protect the garden wall of a private home. This type of tree requires periodic pruning so that the branches do not grow uncontrollably, which may bother pedestrians and cars on public roads.

Pool maintenance
This client lives in his country and was not maintaining the swimming pool in the house he owns in Spain.
The water in the pool started to turn green and bad, with odor and insects. For this reason, the client asked us for our help to recover the water.
What was done in this case was a shock treatment, with suitable chemicals to disinfect the water and make it suitable for bathing.

Reforms
Two and a half years have passed since the repair of this pool.
In order to carry out the repair, the pool was emptied, all the tiles on the walls and floor were chipped and waterproofed to later re-coat them with new tiles and perform a complete casting of the pool.
To this day, as can be seen in the photographs, the pool continues to look so beautiful thanks to the professionalism and “savoir faire” of both our masonry team and our maintenance team, who, aware of the needs of each pool, they are in charge of treating it with exquisite care and care in order to guarantee not only cleanliness, but also to preserve the quality of the water.
After several months as responsible for the maintenance service of the swimming pool of the urbanization, we detected a water leak in it. After the summer season, our leak detection team located a problem of water loss in the bottom of the pool and in the wall of the pool.
Our masonry team proceeded to repair the leaks in the pool by chipping, cleaning and waterproofing the damaged areas and finishing with the casting and new tiles.
After repairing the leaks in the pool and after several weeks of checking by our pool maintenance manager, we confirmed that there are currently no leaks at all.
